    Cya Live is available for Windows and Mac users through Google Chrome, Safari, and Mozilla Firefox.

    For mobile options, Cya Live is supported on Android and iOS through our free app.

    Cya Live is free! We also offer paid packages for special events, corporations or ticketed events.

    Rather than your traditional screen sharing options, Cya Live offers multi-way app sharing. This allows users to partake in group activities, such as Google Docs or Slides, through our interactive main window. Say goodbye to having millions of tabs open in your browser and enjoy having all your virtual assets in one place.

    Here is how you can change you password to your Cya Live account.To change your password:
    1. Head to your profile page
    2. Click on settings (small pencil icon under the header.)
    3. Click on “Edit Password” (located in the left side bar).

    Note: Make sure your password unique with a combination of letters, numbers and symbols for the best security!

    To delete your account follow these steps:

    Click on your avatar > profile > click on the edit button located on the far right > scroll all the way down from the “Edit Profile” section > Select “Delete Account” located on the bottom left. 

    *Note: Once an account is deleted it cannot be recovered.

    Tickets

    If you are using self-service, there is a limit of 500 tickets that can be sold per event. 

    You can contact us to increase the limit if needed. 

    Organizers may set their own ticket prices.

    Tickets are sold in USD.

    All sales are final.

    Make sure you are logging into the event from the account that was used to purchase the event ticket. If you are still unable to access the event, please contact support@cya.live with your ticket information ready.

    No. Tickets are limited to be used to only the original account they were purchased on and cannot be shared between different accounts or devices.

    Troubleshooting

    Please make sure you have allowed permissions on your browser for Cya Live to access your webcam and microphone. If you are in an event and unable to appear on stage, toggle your camera and microphone settings using the camera icon on the bottom of the page.

    Moderators

    While events are limited to 1 moderator, users are welcome to invite as many hosts as they would like. Hosts will appear alongside you on screen and will be able to interact with audience members through their microphone, video and chat. They will not, however, have moderator privileges.

    Netflix

    Yes, to use the Netflix plugin each user has to have access to a Netflix account. You can also use the same account for both users if your Netflix plan allows multiple screens. For more information on Netflix and their available plans, click here.

    To watch Netflix online with your friends download the Cya Live plug-in from the chrome web store. Create a room, click on the Netflix icon, sign-in using your Netflix credidentials, and don’t forget to invite your friends.
    *Note: Each user with have to long in and have access to a valid Netflix account.

    You can watch the same movies and TV shows only if the titles are available in both countries.
