We also support Safari and Mozilla Firefox. **What platforms support Cya Live?** Cya Live is available for Windows and Mac users through Google Chrome, Safari, and Mozilla Firefox. For mobile options, Cya Live is supported on Android and iOS through our free app. **Do I have to pay to use Cya Live?** Cya Live is free! We also offer paid packages for special events, corporations or ticketed events. **What can I do on Cya Live?** Cya Live is an interactive multiway broadcasting platform for small and large audiences. Head to your profile page 2. Click on settings (small pencil icon under the header.) 3. Click on “Edit Password” (located in the left side bar). Note: Make sure your password unique with a combination of letters, numbers and symbols for the best security! **How do I delete my account?** To delete your account follow these steps: Click on your avatar > profile > click on the edit button located on the far right > scroll all the way down from the “Edit Profile” section > Select “Delete Account” located on the bottom left. *Note: Once an account is deleted it cannot be recovered. ## Tickets **How many tickets can I sell?** If you are using self-service, there is a limit of 500 tickets that can be sold per event. You can [contact us](https://cya.live/info/contact) to increase the limit if needed. **How much can I sell tickets for?** Organizers may set their own ticket prices. **What currency are tickets sold in?** Tickets are sold in USD. **Can I get a refund?** All sales are final. **I bought a ticket but I can't access my event. What should I do?** Make sure you are logging into the event from the account that was used to purchase the event ticket. If you are still unable to access the event, please contact [support@cya.live](mailto:support@cya.live) with your ticket information ready. **Can I resell my ticket?** No. Tickets are limited to be used to only the original account they were purchased on and cannot be shared between different accounts or devices. **How much does Cya Live charge to sell tickets?** Please contact us at [support@cya.live](mailto:support@cya.live) for pricing inquiries. ## Troubleshooting **My camera/microphone is not working on my web browser. What should I do?** Please make sure you have allowed permissions on your browser for Cya Live to access your webcam and microphone. If you are in an event and unable to appear on stage, toggle your camera and microphone settings using the camera icon on the bottom of the page. ## Moderators **How many moderators can I have?** While events are limited to 1 moderator, users are welcome to invite as many hosts as they would like. Hosts will appear alongside you on screen and will be able to interact with audience members through their microphone, video and chat. They will not, however, have moderator privileges. ## Netflix **Do all of my friends have to have a Netflix account?** Yes, to use the Netflix plugin each user has to have access to a Netflix account. You can also use the same account for both users if your Netflix plan allows multiple screens. Create a room, click on the Netflix icon, sign-in using your Netflix credidentials, and don’t forget to invite your friends. *Note: Each user with have to long in and have access to a valid Netflix account. **My friend and I are in different countries, can we still watch the same movies/TV shows on Netflix?** You can watch the same movies and TV shows only if the titles are available in both countries.
