## The rate card

Every fee is a percentage of net: the price the buyer paid, less card processing.

Card processing is charged at cost and shown on every sale. Stripe’s standard US rate is 2.9% + 30¢ per successful card charge; international cards cost more.

## Your questions, answered.

**What does net mean?**

Net is what the buyer paid, less card processing. Cya takes its percentage from that amount, so you never pay a fee on the processing cost.

**Who pays card processing?**

The seller. Processing is passed through at Stripe’s cost and shown on every sale, so set your price with it in mind. Cya adds no service fee for buyers.

**Are there monthly or activation fees?**

No. Cya has no subscription, activation or per-view fees. You pay a percentage of what you sell and nothing on free tickets, passes or festivals.

**Can the rate differ for my festival or Space?**

Yes. Cya can set a different rate for a specific event or Space for larger programs, and the rate in force when a sale happens stays frozen on that sale. Talk to us.
