Sandra, 27, wakes up from a nightmare. She saw herself as a young girl discovering her mother after she’d committed suicide. In the morning, she leaves her home in Tel Aviv to start a new job in a remote Youth Institution in a village in Northern Israel. When she arrives, she is warmly welcomed by the staff and it feels that she has joined a big family. She starts working as a psychologist and meets two of her young patients. One of them is Amy, 15, who suffers from a selective mute. Sandra tours the village and becomes familiar with the different therapeutic classes. On one of the tours, she enters an abandoned house on the side of the village, and finds a personal diary that contains paintings depicting ancient Canaanite gods (Ancient Hebrew gods) and mysterious writings of an unknown woman. Her nightmares continue to bother her, and during the days she investigates the new place with suspicion as a result of very disturbing events which were written in the diary she found.
