Virtual Front Desk We’re ready to help—drop in for a virtual chat and let us know what we can do for you! The front desk is open (with real humans!) for all of your business needs and curious questions. Not sure who to ask for? Reach out and we’ll point you in the right direction and get you connected. Our virtual front desk is open 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., Monday – Friday. Playground rules. Communitech is here to help—we may not have all the answers you’re looking for right away, but we’ll get you what you need as fast as we possibly can. If we can’t help you on the virtual front desk, we’ll put you in touch with a Communitecher who can better assist with your inquiry. Have no fear—there are lots of us here! With our whole team working-from-home while operating this virtual front desk, some folks may be interrupted by a (non-virtual) visitor or two while chatting with you (we’ve got kids and pets who want our attention, too!). Please bear with us as we’re still navigating the new meaning of business-as-usual. We’re a pretty friendly bunch—but we’ve got some strict policies on “playing nice”. If you are rude or inappropriate with our staff members on this service, your call will be ended and your inquiries unanswered.
