For organizers who screen online, on its own or alongside an in-person program. Cya handles the lineup, the films, the tickets and the screenings from one festival page.
How it works
1. Create the festival
Name it, set the dates and Cya creates the festival and its public Space in one step.
2. Import your FilmFreeway CSV
Export your selections from FilmFreeway and import the file. Every film, filmmaker and contact lands in your festival at once.
3. Collect exhibition copies
Cya emails each filmmaker a private upload link for their exhibition copy and reminds them until it arrives. No filmmaker account is needed, and you can see at a glance which copies are in.
4. Build the program
Group films into blocks. A live block plays in a Cya room at a set time with the filmmaker on stage for Q&A; an on-demand block gives ticket holders a watch window to view in their own time.
5. Set passes and tickets
Sell festival passes in tiers, single-block tickets, or both. Free blocks and free festivals need no card at all.
6. Publish your festival page
Publish, and your lineup, passes and schedule go live at cya.live/s/your-festival. Share that one link everywhere.
