The series kicked off with an interactive screening of How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days on March 10th, 2019. Additional films slated to be screened during the 26-week series include Mean Girls, Beverly Hills Cop, The Godfather, Tropic Thunder , Saturday Night Fever, Breakfast at Tiffany’s, Wayne’s World and more.
Viewers can join in using on a web browser using the latest version of Google Chrome or Opera or via our apps on Android and iOS devices. “Movie Night Live” aims to create a communal online experience allowing friends and fans to connect with stars while watching their favorite movies. Among the celebrity hosts scheduled to participate are filmmaker Kevin Smith (The Bad News Bears, 3/31; The Addams Family, 4/14; Coming to America, 7/7), actress Didi Conn (Grease, 6/23), actor/comedian Cheech Marin (Up In Smoke, 4/21) and Doug Benson (Tommy Boy 4/7). Other influencers include AzzyLand, Connor Murphy, Milana Coco, Jessii Vee and more. During the movie screenings, viewers can tune in to interact with influencers and stars, and engage with them through text, video and other interactive components.
